Return and Exchange Policy

At Me Cavee, we specialize in crafting luxurious jewelry and custom-made pieces tailored to your individual style. We understand how important it is for you to receive the perfect piece that reflects your taste and expectations. We are dedicated to providing high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. Therefore, we offer a limited return policy under the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

• Returns are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects or if the product does not match the order.

• Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable due to their unique and tailored nature.

• In the event of a manufacturing defect or if the product received differs from the order, a return can be made within 7 days from receipt.

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact us at mmecave@gmail.com or through our available communication channels. We will contact you directly and transfer the amount to you once your return is processed.

• Once the manufacturing defect or order discrepancy is confirmed, we will proceed with the return and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

• We will issue a return shipping label for your convenience to ensure the return process is seamless.

Important Notes:

• Custom-made and personalized products are considered final sale, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items once they are created specifically for you.

• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after receipt are not eligible for return.

• In cases of incorrect product delivery, we will cover the return shipping cost to ensure your complete satisfaction.

• For exchanges, the fastest and most efficient way is to return the item and place a new order for the correct product.

Order Cancellation:

• If an order is placed and then canceled within 24 hours, a 20% fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

Refunds:

• Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
