Return and Exchange Policy

At MeCave, we specialize in custom-made jewelry crafted to reflect your unique style. For this reason, most items are non-returnable. However, we accept returns in the case of manufacturing defects or if the product received does not match your order.

Return Conditions:

• Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.
• Custom-made and personalized items are non-returnable.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Return Process:

• Once the issue is confirmed, we may offer a refund, repair, or replacement.
• We will cover return shipping costs if the issue is from our side.

Order Cancellation:

• If canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, a 20% fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Important Notes:

• Used, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for return.
• Exchanges are handled by returning the item and placing a new order.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Orders are shipped via local courier services without tracking numbers at this time.

Shipping Details:

• Processing time for custom-made pieces is 5 to 7 business days.
• Delivery time after production is 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.
• Shipping is currently limited to UAE and Saudi Arabia. We are working to expand internationally soon.
• All orders are packaged securely in elegant gift boxes, with optional premium wrapping upon request.
